Locality: United States, Florida, Levy, United States: Florida: Levy County. vicinity of Lebanon Station; along County Road 336 less than 1/4 mi. E of the jct. with U.S. 19. Growing in deep shade of mixed woodland. Flowers creamy green with darker green veins on the lip. Ca. 150 plants at this site, more further along CR 336.
