Habitat: Road margin in Gambel oak woodland.
Associated Species: Quercus gambelii, Quercus rugosa, Robinia neomexicana, Holodiscus discolor, Ptelea trifoliata, Erodium cicutarium, Poa fendleriana.
Description: Annual grass, 30 cm; sheaths, leaves, and spikelets softly pubescent.
Notes: Duplicates to ARIZ, USON.
