Soil characteristics: Resota sand, 0 to 5 % slopes (15) - very deep, moderately well drained, very rapidly permeable soils on gently sloping knolls and low ridges in coastal lowlands formed in thick beds of sandy marine deposits. A SOIL SERIES OF SMALL KNOWN EXTENT. Described as being a component of the Sand Pine Scrub ecological community. Associate plant species: Xyris jupicai, Setaria magna, Persicaria punctata, Hypericum gentianoides, Sacciolepis striata. Common.
