Flowers up to 3 mm long (when corolla lobes are erect). Corolla lobes 5, sharply acute, erect (and even with tips inflexed) in younger flowers, becoming reflexed in older flowers. Sepals united, reaching top of corolla tube; obtuse to rounded; stamens about equalling erect lobes of corolla, becoming well exserted as lobes reflex. Scales reaching the sinuses of the corolla.
