United States, Tennessee, Overton, On 11 towards Livingston, turn right onto 293 (do not go past Dollar General). Continue on 293... crossing 42 (passed Rickman Elementary on left) and crossing 84. Take Dry Hollow Road. Take the first right onto Pleasant Shade Lane. At the top of the incline is a fork. Go right and continue for approximately 2.8 miles to 859 Pleasant Shade Lane; Monterey, TN 38574.

This herb can reach up to 18 in long. The leaves are pinnately lobed, lack petioles, and are smaller towards the top. It has a hollow stem. The flowers are yellow in small bundles. The fruit is an achene and inside includes a pappus.
