Collected from wetland mitigation site. Site is a depressional wetland constructed by the Tennessee Department of Transportation. Specimen was collected from within the inundated basin. Depth of water at collection point was 304 centimeters though depth of water in the overall basin is approximately 1 meter. Soils at this point inundated, dominantly comprised of clay and have a layer of organic matter at the upper surface. The majority of this basin is permanently inundated. Plant ca. 55 cm tall, flowers yellow-white.
