Locality: United States, Tennessee, Hamilton, North on Signal Mtn. Blvd (Hwy 127) to the intersection of Suck Creek Road (Hwy 27). Continue N on Hwy 127 to the first stop light. Left (west) on Signal Mtn. Blvd to Timberlinks Drive. North on Timberlinks 2.0 miles. 0.1 of a mile W of paved road to a gravel road that end at a large disturbed area. Specimen found towards the southern end of the area. Site in Prentice Cooper State Forest. Elev. ca. 1700 ft.
Habitat: Shrub to 3 m tall.
