United States, Kentucky, Monroe, Old Mulkey Meeting House State Historic Site, 0.2 mi south of Tomkinsville, adjacent to KY 1446 at latitude 36°40'47" N and longitude 85°42'49" W, Tomkinsville Quadrangle. Eastern Highland Rim. of Interior Low Plateau. Elevation ranges from 800-900 feet.
Mississippian shaly siltstones and limestones; Garmon-Lowell-Waynesboro soils. Native perennial; rare; lower slopes of Mixed Mesophytic Forest.
