Locality: United States, Tennessee, Marion, West on highway 27 towards Powells Crossroads. 6.0 miles west on Kellys Ferry Road. Specimen found due NW approx. 0.3 of a mile to the cliffs of Piney Branch. Site in Prentice Copper State Forest; near a common rock climbing area.
Habitat: Fern in a south facing sandstone rock house. Elev. ca. 1200ft. Voucher specimen.
